As a bioinformatician, Iโ€™ve seen firsthand how integrating Open Science principles ๐’†๐’”๐’‘๐’†๐’„๐’Š๐’‚๐’๐’๐’š ๐‘ญ๐‘จ๐‘ฐ๐‘น ๐’…๐’‚๐’•๐’‚ ๐’‘๐’“๐’‚๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’„๐’†๐’” can significantly boost quality and productivity in research projects.

Itโ€™s true that at the beginning there is a significant initial investment of time and effort. But when you reach ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž and resources, energy, and budget become limitedโ€”that early investment pays offโ€ฆ exactly the opposite of traditional approaches.

If your team feels stuck and you want to implement FAIR principles with Agile methodologies in your bioinformatics workflows, Iโ€™d be happy to help. Letโ€™s schedule a free 30-minute call to design a clear plan and innovate together.

I couldn’t resist bringing this question into my first seminar on the instats platform, where I introduced key bioinformatics methods for analyzing sequencing and genomics data, celebrating 25 years since the first publication of the human genome sequence.

instats is a mission-driven organization devoted to improving multidisciplinary research practices globally and I’m proud to be part of their community.ย

For those who missed it, the seminar is free and available online
